BOB COHEN
Mr. Cohen's 45-year career spans leadership roles in the Marine Corps, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Florida State government, and Transportation Security Administration. As a retired Marine Colonel, he led critical training for senior commanders and directed the Marine Corps war-fighting program for top leadership.
Mr. Cohen later served as Deputy Secretary for Florida's Department of Children and Families and provided executive coaching across various government agencies. His leadership philosophy focuses on developing future leaders with strong core values, teamwork skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.
BRUCE GRANT
Dr. Grant's 45-year career encompasses distinguished service in the U.S. Army and Florida State Government. His 28-year Army career included command positions from platoon to battalion and he served in elite units like the 82nd Airborne and 75th Ranger Regiment.
After retiring as a Colonel in 2001, he held key leadership positions in Florida's drug control office and Department of Corrections. In 2005, he briefly returned to active duty in Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division. A West Point graduate (1974), Dr. Grant holds a master's from the University of Puget Sound and a PhD from Florida State University, where he taught as an Adjunct Professor until 2022.
